Meet Robert H. Holt
Robert Holt has been hiking the trails of Arkansas and National Parks for over 50 years. He has hiked over 135 trails in Arkansas alone.
Over the past 5 years, he has worked for his son Cameron Holt, who has mentored him in photography skills. Robert and Cameron have worked with Nature Conservancy in their youth adventure programs, and both are teaching photography and Conservation to youth and adults through homeschool-based programs, Boys and Girls Clubs, and youth groups around the state.
Roberts's love for birds has allowed him to focus on rare birds in Arkansas and surrounding states, and he has recently worked with Smithsonian Researchers with video and stills on what Limpkins are eating in Arkansas. Recently worked (volunteer) with the National Park System to document birds through photography during their annual Bird Count.
