In case you missed it, there were 95 members and guests at the October HSV Audubon meeting. It was a great program from Leslie Patrick, who told us about the nine woodpecker species of Arkansas. Her program explored the characteristics common to all woodpeckers and those unique to each.
Leslie suited up Karen Geiger in gear to demonstrate what you would need if you want to do what a woodpecker does - check the video below :)
